Improve the performance of the outsourced debt collection process.

Tasks

As part of a test assignment of part of the Phone Collection service, Assist S.p.A. guaranteed its handling of the process, both introducing process innovations and developing a support application platform to manage and monitor all the phases of processing cases.

Results

+20% increase in receivables collected compared to the traditional process previously used.
