Objectives

2003-2009: involvement in numerous design projects for intranets and organizational oversight processes to improve usability for employees

2009-present: participation, in the roles of project management and design team, in the design of the Group’s international Intranet.

Tasks

Application of User-Centered design methods
User Experience benchmarking
Interviews with users and ethnographic surveys
Concept design (information architecture, interaction design, graphic design)
Prototyping and international User Testing (Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland and other European countries)
Specific functions and interaction using Wireframe Diagrams
Graphic design and development of HTML/CSS templates
Support in defining the governance, organizational oversight, editorial rules and workflows

Results

Ongoing project.

For the Group’s Retail Banks we have developed design projects and tested the on-line presence and internet banking through User-Centered methods (usability tests, usability focus).
