The company’s growth and the type of services provided have led to a challenging recruiting process.

The selection process is a key point in personnel management. It consists in an initial assessment of the organization’s needs and an analysis of work tasks and positions required. In this phase, key elements of the positions required are analyzed, to be used as a reference during the recruiting process.

Regardless of role, our ideal candidate is a person with good interpersonal skills, who is dynamic, motivated, flexible and proactive, with the ability to work in a team and aptitude for task-oriented goals.

The recruiting process is structured and accurate. We use Behavioural Assessment methodology, which includes exercises and simulations designed to identify whether each candidate’s profile matches in terms of potential capacity and expected behaviours, as well as individual interviews in order to deepen mutual knowledge.

The recruitment and the selection processes are aimed at meeting the personnel needs within the organization, by both promoting and facilitating internal development and seeking new skills on the external market.

With the hiring of a new resource, an initial process is started which aims at ensuring that the resource understands the company's values, structure and internal organization, followed by further training aimed at providing specific skills.

Assist devotes particular importance and attention to each phase of the selection process, taking care to identify and include only the most suitable and motivated resources.

At Assist young university students and graduates have the opportunity to live an interesting learning experience through internships in different business areas:

Consulting

Technical / Scientific Education: Computer, Electronic, Management Engineering, Computer Science; Physics; Mathematics, Economics, Communication Sciences, Design, Psychology.

Information Technologies

Technical Educational Requirements: Computer, Electronic or Management Engineering; Computer Science; Physics, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics.

Staff Functions (HR, Purchasing, Management Control, Sales...)

Education Requirements: Humanities /Economic /Legal studies.

During this periodof nearly 4-6 months, the trainee is supported and guided by a tutor in innovative and challenging projects that will develop skills and deepen knowledge of specific areas of interest.

Assist supports young people interested in this opportunity, providing the necessary assistance in carrying out the formalities for the internship and providing the student/graduate with a fee for the entire term.
