Assist S.p.A. arises from the integration of Assist Consulting Ltd. (founded in 1996) and DES Contact Solutions (founded in 2002), and its mission is to provide management consulting services, technology solutions and BPO services.

Innovation and performance improvement characterize the new company’s services. The establishment of an integrated chain of consulting services, technology solutions and outsourcing now allow Assist to attend to customers not only as a prompter of ideas and innovation but as a business partner which can contribute to the achievement of results.

A professional calling that translates into concrete practices through:

- Laboratories, internal and external facilities used to carry out customer tests, where we experience technologies, processes and models in their concrete form;

- “Success fee” projects in which a significant component of professional fees are dependent on the achievement of results;

UX Alliance

Assist is an affiliate partner of UX Alliance (User Experience and Alliance), an international network of 23 companies specializing in user experience issues. Founded in 2005, UX Alliance is now a global leader in user experience research and testing at international level.

 

HCM

Healthcare Management (HCM) Scarl is a nonprofit consortium founded in June 2010 as a partnership between Jmac Consultants Europe Milan and Assist. It aims at promoting the spread and practice of Lean Management in the Italian healthcare industry.

 

MIP

Assist S.p.A. supports the study and research of ICT Observatory & Management sponsored by School of Management of the Politechnic University of Milan. In 2011, Assist will participate in the workshops at the Observatory for Mobile CRM and Mobile Advertising.

 

BeeWeeb

Assist has a strategic partnership with Beeweeb, a company operating in the design and development of mobile solutions. Beeweeb is a software company founded in 2000, now a leader in mobile and converged solutions with customers worldwide.
