TechnologyIn the customer operations domain, technological platform ownership is not a winning factor. Taking into account the complexity of these systems requiring both TLC skills and IT skills, managing them in-house would be a problem, rather than an advantage. For this reason, Assist has its own resources, infrastructures and technological platform, in order to offer end-to-end technological services to companies that prefer to focus efforts on their core business rather than on technologies. |
OutsourcingWith over 500 workstations spread across multiple sites, Assist manages sales and CRM processes such as customer care, marketing and telesales, technical support, market research and debt collection for its customers.
Innovation LabsAssist considers the customer’s point of view to be strategic in all design activities and assessment of services and contact channels. For this reason Assist extensively applies User Centred Design methods in all consulting and design services and management of outsourced operations. Labs are the concrete expression of Assist’s structured User Centred Design services. Through this approach Assist leads: - Qualitative marketing studies - Ethnographic studies - Focus Groups and in-depth interviews - User experience benchmarking - Sector analysis based on case studies and customized surveys - Usability tests on the user experience in specific channels and services in our laboratory, in outdoor or indoor environments according to the research needs.
